Your challenges:

The ratio of women in management positions in your company is still too low. Your leadership team is primarily male.

You envision a world where men and women are equal and can contribute their masculine and feminine qualities on equal grounds.

Beyond lip service and part-time models, you have yet to succeed in empowering women to take on leadership roles. It’s time to make a change: you want to be a forerunner and take on a holistic and innovative approach that will truly make a difference. 

It appears as though some women prefer to remain in their comfort zone, rather than set clear career goals for themselves. 

You have noticed that many women lose their ambition and their wish to take on leadership roles when they start a family. Women often do not see the compatibility of  career and kids.

This is where
“Make it Your Game” comes in. 

“Make it Your Game” is a coaching program that promotes female talents and encourages them to take the lead. The program was developed in Co-Creation with Dr. Christine Solf, Nora Heger (both from Accenture) and Carsten Steiner (Development Group). It strengthens their will to stay at their consulting firm or organisation and reinforces their professional self-confidence. This program evokes joy in success and influence.

But “Make it Your Game” doesn’t only address women. Women-only development programs have natural boundaries.

The essence of the program is to balance femininity and masculinity – not in a battle, but in harmony. In order to promote female empowerment beyond lip service, we must dissolve the stereotypes of masculinity and femininity. Organisational culture is the determining factor when it comes to evaluating performance and allocating responsibility. This calls for new awareness, also amongst men in leadership.

It is the only way to achieve a true mind shift and embody diversity in your leadership team. In today’s workplace, it takes a lot more structural shifts to secure your position as an attractive employer in the “War for Talents”. It is more important than ever to demonstrate to your clients that you take diversity seriously.

 

Package 01

“Make it your game –
Leading as a Woman” 

I help the participants to critically question and dissolve their own stereotypes, negative doctrines and fears. Through confident self-exploration, they discover what they can do and what they cannot; what they want and what they do not.  

Content:

In our group coaching sessions, the women are encouraged to actively build a personal, strong brand for themselves. They work on their own presence and search for a stage to become more visible. This allows them to focus on more prestigious projects, rather than just being the “busy lizzie”. They concentrate on creating value, making a difference and leading the way. This is more important than trying to please everyone – and more important than diligence and perfection. They learn to act, and not to wait to be “kissed awake” like Sleeping Beauty. 

 

Format

  • 4 x Full-day workshop for Female Potentials in approx. three week intervals (max. six participants)
  • Curated self-study/homework in between the sessions
  • 1 Coach

PACKAGE 02

“Make it our game –
Leading as a Team”

  • 6-month program for nominated Female Potentials (max. eight participants)
  • Kick-off Session with the Management Team
  • 5 Group coaching sessions of 1.5 days each
  • 1 Individual coaching session per participant in between the group coaching sessions
  • Curated self-study/homework between the sessions
  • 1 Coach 

 

Your gains from Package 02:

With this program, you enable the women in your team to be seen. You will generate motivated, self-confident and assertive female talents. Your company will gain increased attention from the program and take a forerunner position in society. You will receive media attention and find it easier to recruit women.

  • The Rules of the Power Game: In Package 02, we also deal on a systemic level with the structure in which women follow their career path. We study this often male-dominated playing field and the differences between masculine and feminine communication styles. We learn to deal with them in a more effective manner.
  • Individual coaching sessions: These offer a safe space for working with individual challenges.

PACKAGE 03

“Make Executive Diversity Our Corporate Game.”

Supporting organisations to mature into real Executive Diversity is crucial to me. I believe that companies can only become future-proof by achieving a good balance between masculine and feminine qualities in their (top management) teams. That is why this program requires the structural and organisational support of management for Executive Diversity.

Content:

In addition to the content featured in Approaches 01 and 02: Cultural changes require perseverance and a very high level of commitment. Sustainably developing different leadership identities and management careers demands consistent cooperation between the organisation and top-level decision-makers. This is ensured through an Awareness Workshop with the Top-Management and individual guidance of the coachees by sponsors from the management team. 

 

Format

  • 10 month program for nominated Female High Performers (max. ten participants)
  • Involvement of top-management in order to reveal and unravel masculine and feminine stereotypes. The organisational culture with regards to the definition of success and allocation of responsibility will be critically analysed.
  • Guidance from sponsors in top management
  • Awareness Workshop with the Leadership Team (1 Day)
  • Kick-Off Workshop with coachees and sponsors (Dinner the evening before, plus a one-day joint workshop)
  • 5 group coaching sessions with two individual coachings per participant in between the group coaching sessions
  • Curated self-study/homework in between the sessions
  • Individual meet-ups between sponsors and sponsees
  • Closing-Workshop with Sponsors
  • The whole program will be supervised by a Coach-Tandem (female/male)

I have been a female executive in a male-dominated environment myself. I have many years of experience with coaching programs for women. 

 I have successfully implemented programs at renowned consultancies and have been coaching female leaders in various DAX 30 corporations.

My personal leadership journey as a woman in a male-dominated environment demanded a lot of hard work and learning-by-doing. I have translated these experiences into a comprehensive coaching concept in order to help women to take on leadership positions with self-confidence and ease.

I have always enjoyed working with men. I know the rules of their playing field. This enables me to coach both women and men in “intercultural competence”. I help to increase the understanding for each other and lay the foundation for a new, strong and supportive culture of cooperation.
